Recycle Natural Christmas Trees at Elgin Memorial Park! To recycle your natural Christmas tree, bring it to the west parking lot in Elgin Memorial Park close to the intersection of Highway 95 and Main Street. Once in the parking lot, there are barricades by the corner where trees should be dropped off. Only natural trees, clean of ornaments, lights and tinsel can be recycled.
